Skill Vault is an online experience that offers access to highly skilled and experience genius by offering everyone the opportunity to take an online course with the world’s best. Skill Vault works with Authors where needed to support the production of the courses to capture assist the Author is being able to showcase what they want to teach and how.
The courses available on Skill Vault’s website are for personal and professional development for individuals and teams. Skill Vault is not a registered Training Organisation.
Each course ‘Author’ is responsible for the information and content provided in the courses listed on Skill Vault’s website.
The courses available on Skill Vault’s website are written by Individuals selected and screened by Skill Vault. These Individuals are known as course ‘Authors’. The courses are compiled from the viewpoint, experience and accumulated skills of the Author. Skill Vault reviews potential Authors and course content prior to release, however, Skill Vault is not responsible for its contents, nor any representation in its entirety.
Each course comes with a suggested timeline, but you can complete each course at your own pace, unless stipulated in the course description by the Author. The number of lessons in each course is varied as is the process to complete each lesson and move onto another.
You have access to the courses purchased while your account is still active and no breach of the terms and conditions (agreed to at the time of purchase) has been detected.
Skill Vault is an online learning platform, designed to walk you through each course in the best format for retention and action. Skill Vault gives everyone the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s best practitioners.
The courses available on Skill Vault vary from course to course based on the learning experience. The process Authors seek to walk you through is at the discretion of the Author. Some Authors may use written content, pre-recorded video, audio, workbooks, assignments, assessments, and community engagement as part of the course experience.
While courses may vary, the average course breaks down into a few basic components:
- Lessons can begin with an outline or introduction of the course. In some instances there may be an outline or introduction for each individual lesson within the course. This assists in setting the scene for learning.
- There can also be topics and resources related to each lesson in the form of downloadable PDF workbooks, powerpoints, templates in Microsoft Office applications.
- Courses may have quizzes or assignment that you can submit to for continuation of the course or for critique and feedback by the Author.
Each course listed on Skill Vault has a detailed ‘Course Description’ to outline the lessons, topics, resources, materials included in the course upon purchase. Authors may give Skill Vault permission at times to provide screenshots of course components or imagery associated with the course. Skill Vault is not permitted to allow access of any individual to an Author’s course without permission of the Author.
Currently, we do not have an official certificate of completion for courses listed on Skill Vault’s website. You will receive an email confirming that they have completed the course. The email will have a congratulatory message along with some tips on how to further use the site to continue your studies.
If there is a course on Skill Vault you have purchased and you do not like, you will need to contact us using the form below to request a refund. Refunds can be offered up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Courses can be paid for by leading payment portals, Stripe and PayPal.
Stripe allows an easy, fast and efficient way to pay with credit card. If you already have a PayPal account, you can follow the prompts once on the PayPal portal for payment.
Skill Vault does not, and will not, ever collect or store your credit card information.
If you are experiencing problems with payment on Stripe or PayPal, you will need to contact the relevant organisation directly for further advice and guidance.

When seeking access to a course on Skill Vault, free or paid course, you are prompted to create an account to grant admission to the course/s. Your account can then be used to access the course from any country or device, pending individual Authors you may also have unlimited license to the course you enroll in.
At this stage Skill Vault is not offering a blanket subscription price for the courses listed on the site. However, Skill Vault will from time to time have promotions and course ‘bundles’, with permission from the course Author/s.
Skill Vault will review, in time, the pathway to creating a subscription option for students to gain Skill Vault’s course listings, which are growing rapidly,
