Who this policy covers

SkillVault Academy is a unit of PixaBizz Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company operating SkillVault Academy.

This policy covers personal information collected through our free kit and resource pages, including the Promotion Conversation Prep Kit, related delivery emails, optional career tips and course updates, and enquiries about these resources. It also applies to future SVA lead magnets that link to this policy and use the same processes.

A course purchase, learner account or other service may involve additional information. Where that happens, we will provide the relevant notice rather than assume this kit policy covers every use.

Information we collect

• Resource requests: your first name and email address, the resource requested, and the date and source of your request.
• Your choices: whether you opted into career tips or course updates, together with records of that choice and any later withdrawal.
• Enquiries: the contact details and message you choose to send us.
• Technical records: our page and email providers may process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and delivery or error records needed to operate and protect the service.

The kit request does not require payment details, a phone number or your employer's confidential information. Complete the worksheets in your own files. You do not need to send us your work examples.

How we use your information

• Provide the resource you requested and help resolve delivery problems.
• Maintain a record of resource requests and communication preferences.
• Send career tips and course updates if you separately choose to receive them.
• Respond to questions and privacy requests, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.

Requesting a free kit is not agreement to receive course promotions. The optional marketing choice is separate from kit delivery.

The services involved

FlexiFunnels hosts our kit pages, captures resource requests, stores the downloadable resource and provides its delivery email.

Encharge maintains our contact database, resource-interest records and communication preferences. Where you choose to receive updates, it can also manage those emails.

These providers and the infrastructure they use process information to provide their services. We do not sell or rent the kit contact database. Information may also be shared where required by law or needed to investigate misuse or protect rights.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Their service locations and contractual arrangements govern where processing occurs. We do not promise that all information stays in India.

Email choices and unsubscribe

You can request the kit without opting into career tips and course updates. Choose “No thanks” or leave the separate updates choice unselected to request only the kit.

If you opt into updates, you can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or write to privacy@skillvault.academy to withdraw that choice. Withdrawing marketing permission does not require you to return the kit.

We may retain a minimal suppression record so that an unsubscribe is respected. A request for help or a new resource can still require a response about that specific request, separate from marketing.

Cookies and measurement

Our hosting and delivery services may use cookies or similar tools to support page operation, security and resource delivery. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking some may affect page functions.

If optional analytics, advertising pixels, or email open and click measurement are enabled, they may record interactions with our pages or emails. We will describe those uses and offer any required choices before activating them. This policy does not itself give permission for optional tracking.

Retention and protection

We keep personal information for as long as needed to deliver the requested resource, support you, maintain your communication choices and meet applicable obligations. Marketing records are reviewed when you unsubscribe or request deletion. Limited consent, suppression, security or dispute records may need to be retained separately.

We aim to limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes and use the protections available in our services. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Requests about your information

Contact us to ask about your information, correct an error, request deletion, withdraw permission, or raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including grievance redressal and nomination.

Please email from the address used for the kit request and describe what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate way to share them.

We will explain any information we must retain and why. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may use any complaint route available under the law that applies to you.

Children, external links and changes

These resources are intended for adult working professionals, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Links to LinkedIn or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when our resources or processes change. The date above identifies the latest version. A material new use of information will be explained separately, with a choice where required.
