Who this policy covers
SkillVault Academy is a unit of PixaBizz Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company operating SkillVault Academy.
This policy covers the SkillVault Academy public website, free resource requests, related delivery emails and enquiries made through our contact form or by email. This includes general questions, resource support, collaboration enquiries and privacy requests. It also covers optional updates where you separately choose to receive them, and future free resources that link to this policy and use the same processes.
A course purchase, learner account or other service may involve additional information. Where that happens, we will provide the relevant notice rather than assume this policy covers every use.
Information we collect
- Resource requests: your first name and email address, the resource requested, and the date and source of your request.
- Your choices: whether you opted into career tips or course updates, together with records of that choice and any later withdrawal.
- Enquiries: your name, email address, enquiry type and message, together with the correspondence needed to respond to you.
- Technical records: our page and email providers may process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and delivery or error records needed to operate and protect the service.
The kit request does not require payment details, a phone number or your employer's confidential information. Complete the worksheets in your own files. You do not need to send us your work examples.
How we use your information
- Provide the resource you requested and help resolve delivery problems.
- Maintain a record of resource requests and communication preferences.
- Send career tips and course updates if you separately choose to receive them.
- Respond to questions and privacy requests, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.
Requesting a free kit or sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails. Any marketing choice is separate from resource delivery or handling your enquiry.
The services involved
FlexiFunnels hosts our pages and handles forms, including resource requests and website enquiries. It also stores downloadable resources and provides kit delivery emails.
Encharge maintains our contact database, resource-interest records, enquiry records and communication preferences. Where you choose to receive updates, it can also manage those emails.
Google Workspace provides our business email service. Messages sent to our contact addresses, enquiry notifications and our replies are processed through that service.
These providers and the infrastructure they use process information to provide their services. We do not sell or rent our contact database. Information may also be shared where required by law or needed to investigate misuse or protect rights.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Their service locations and contractual arrangements govern where processing occurs. We do not promise that all information stays in India.
Email choices and unsubscribe
You can request the kit without opting into career tips and course updates. Choose “No thanks” or leave the separate updates choice unselected to request only the kit. The contact form does not enrol you in marketing emails.
If you opt into updates, you can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or write to privacy@skillvault.academy to withdraw that choice. Withdrawing marketing permission does not require you to return the kit.
We may retain a minimal suppression record so that an unsubscribe is respected. A request for help or a new resource can still require a response about that specific request, separate from marketing.
Retention and protection
We keep personal information for as long as needed to deliver the requested resource, handle your enquiry and any necessary follow-up, support you, maintain your communication choices and meet applicable obligations. Marketing records are reviewed when you unsubscribe or request deletion. Limited consent, suppression, security or dispute records may need to be retained separately.
We aim to limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes and use the protections available in our services. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Requests about your information
Contact us to ask about your information, correct an error, request deletion, withdraw permission, or raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including grievance redressal and nomination.
Please email from the address used for your resource request or enquiry and describe what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate way to share them.
We will explain any information we must retain and why. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may use any complaint route available under the law that applies to you.
Children, external links and changes
Our website and resources are intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Links to LinkedIn or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
We may update this policy when our resources or processes change. The date above identifies the latest version. A material new use of information will be explained separately, with a choice where required.
