What is your response time?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. During weekends and holidays, responses may take slightly longer.
How can I request a refund?
Please refer to our Terms of Service for our complete refund policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of enrollment if you’ve completed less than 25% of the course. Contact support@skillvault.academy with your order details.
Can I transfer my course access to someone else?
No, course access is personal and non-transferable. Each individual must purchase their own enrollment to access the courses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional payment methods may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
For team or bulk enrollment inquiries, please contact us at support@skillvault.academy with details of your requirements. We’d be happy to discuss custom pricing options.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@skillvault.academy. Please note that once deleted, you will lose access to all courses and cannot recover your account data.
